Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting content creation, managing social media accounts, and engaging with online communities. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and help drive digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in developing posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Account Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on digital trends and recommend creative ideas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
