The Role:
The Restoration Senior Technician serves as a key project leader within the field operations team, responsible for managing and executing restoration projects involving water, fire, mould, and storm damage. This role ensures that all restoration activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and in strict alignment with industry standards (IICRC), company protocols, and client expectations. Acting as an on-site project coordinator, the Senior Technician provides technical direction and mentorship to junior team members, oversees daily operations, and ensures project milestones are met. The role also involves direct engagement with clients, insurers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and uphold service excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate restoration projects across water, fire, mould and storm damage.
- Complete site assessments, moisture mapping and develop appropriate restoration plans and scopes.
- Carry out and oversee water extraction, structural drying, smoke and soot removal and mould remediation.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, technical guidance and support to Technicians, Labourers and Contractors.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with IICRC standards and company procedures.
- Manage job documentation, progress records, moisture readings, photos and insurance-related paperwork.
- Liaise with customers, insurers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the project.
- Monitor job progress, timelines, labour, materials and equipment usage to support effective cost control.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, customer service and presentation across all sites.
