Swan Aerial Services | Based Perth, WA | Casual | Interstate & remote travel required
Swan Aerial Services is a Perth-based commercial drone operator delivering inspection, mapping and survey work across infrastructure and agriculture. We're building a casual pool of Remote Pilots to draw on for seasonal spikes and contract jobs throughout the year.
This isn't a fixed roster, you'll be contacted as work comes up and can accept or decline based on your availability. Ideal for pilots wanting flexible, well-paid contract work between projects.
The work
Jobs vary by contract but may include powerline and infrastructure inspections, terrain and topographic capture, and agricultural mapping. Rotations are based interstate and in remote locations, up to 5 weeks at a time, with travel and accommodation covered.
What you'll need
- Current RePL (Remote Pilot Licence)
- Minimum 50 hours logged flight time
- 7–25kg endorsement
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate and to remote locations for rotations of up to 5 weeks
- Own reliable transport to Perth departure point (or as arranged)
Desirable (not essential)
- Experience performing powerline inspections
- Experience performing aerial terrain capture / topographic survey
- Experience flying DJI M350 or M400
