The RTO Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for HammondCare's RTO (Registered Training Organisation) , ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant and financially sustainable education and training services. The role is responsible for leading all aspects of RTO operations, including governance, compliance, quality assurance, workforce development programs, funding opportunities, commercial growth and stakeholder partnerships. The RTO Manager ensures HammondCare's RTO meets all regulatory requirements while positioning the organisation as a trusted provider of workforce education and capability development within the aged care, health and community services sectors.
Working closely with operational leaders and external stakeholders, the RTO Manager s upports workforce capability needs and develops innovative training solutions that support HammondCare's strategic priorities, workforce sustainability and quality care outcomes.
This is a 12 month parental leave position based at Hammondville with hybrid working opportunities.
Lead the strategic , operational and day to day management of HammondCare's RTO
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Standards for RTOs, the VET Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements
Represent the RTO in dealings with ASQA and ensure effective management of regulatory audits, reporting obligations, compliance activities, and responses to regulatory matters
Drive the quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of training and assessment services
Identify , secure and manage external funding opportunities, grants and workforce development initiatives
Develop and grow commercial education and training opportunities
Build strategic partnerships that strengthen HammondCare's workforce capability and industry influence
Lead a culture of quality, innovation and evidence-based practice in vocational education
Ensure the RTO operates as a sustainable, high-performing business that delivers value to learners, HammondCare and the broader
Developing and growing commercial education and training opportunities
Identifying and securing external funding opportunities, grants and workforce development programs
Ensuring high-quality training and assessment practices
Building strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders Leading continuous improvement, validation and quality assurance activities
