About the Role
Make a meaningful difference with the delivery of compassionate person-centred care in our palliative care ward supporting patients, families and colleagues.
- Deliver safe, person centred palliative care
- Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Support students, Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses
- Build strong partnerships across health services
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring sound nursing practice and a caring, team focused approach.
- Registered Nurse with current or eligible practising certificate
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and standards
- Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Commitment to consumer and family centred care
- Knowledge of legislation, nursing standards and quality systems
