The RPAH Haematology Clinical Trials Unit is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated research unit. In this role, you will provide clinical and research support for a broad portfolio of haematology clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, ethical and person-centred care to study participants.
Working closely with medical, nursing and research staff, you will coordinate trial activities, support participant assessments and education, maintain accurate research documentation and data, and contribute to the effective conduct of clinical research in accordance with Good Clinical Practice, NSW Health policies and regulatory requirements.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and develop your skills in clinical research while advocating for participants and promoting evidence-based practice. There is the possibility of contract extension, as this position forms part of an ongoing program of work within the unit. Contracts are renewed annually, subject to satisfactory performance.

Ideal Candidate
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Experience and/or interest in pursuing further training in clinical research.
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
