At Dulwich Hill Early Learning Centre and Preschool, we're expanding our Preschool team and are looking for two dedicated educators to join us:
- Preschool Room Leader
- Assistant Educator

As our Preschool Room Leader, you'll have the opportunity to inspire children's learning, mentor fellow educators, and lead a play-based educational program that fosters confidence, curiosity, and school readiness. As our Assistant Educator, you'll play an integral role in supporting children's development and creating a warm, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

About the Role
- Lead and inspire a passionate team of educators.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for preschool-aged children.
- Build strong connections with families and the community.
- Guide and implement high-quality educational programs that foster curiosity, resilience, and lifelong learning.
- About You
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQF.
- A natural leader with a collaborative and positive approach.
- Current Working With Children Check, Child Protection and irst Aid qualifications.

Pay: $39.00 – $40.00 per hour
