Barista and Cafe All-Rounder
If you are a self-starter and enjoy working with autonomy, then this role is for you.
We are looking for energetic baristas and cafe all-rounders to join our team and hit the ground running. Customer service and cash handling are all part of this role. This position will require some early start/weekend work, and flexible availability.
· Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, cold drinks and food with speed while ensuring quality.
· Dial in the grinder daily and monitor extraction times to ensure every shot meets our standards.
· Steam and texture milk to perfection, consistently delivering high-quality latte art.
· Provide exceptional service, taking orders accurately at the POS and making recommendations based on our menu.
· Ensure the café and workstations are clean at all times
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
These positions requires a person with an eye for detail and a love of working with good quality food. Customer service is a part of this role too!
Experience in food preparation and baking is highly regarded, however, further training is provided.
This position may require some early start/weekend work, and flexible availability.
