Botanica Bar is looking for an energetic team member to join our kitchen, that is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. With a brilliant new menu, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to elevate their skills.
This position in our kitchen will offer an exciting hybrid role that combines day-to-day hands on support in the kitchen and kitchen administration tasks, such as stocktake, ordering and other tasks.
This position will be ideal for someone that is excited by an opportunity to elevate their leadership profile under the guidance of a supportive Head Chef and Management team.
About the role:
- Approximately 20 hours a week part-time in the beginning stages, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
- You will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations and basic administration tasks
- High level of training and mentoring from experienced kitchen leaders
