Austek Roads is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Asphalt Crew Members to join our crew based out of Luscombe, QLD. As an Asphalt Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our asphalt paving operations, contributing to the successful delivery of vital infrastructure projects across the region.
What you'll be doing

Assisting the asphalt paving crew with the setup, operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipment

Ensuring the safe and efficient placement of asphalt material on project sites

Performing manual labour tasks such as shovelling, raking and tamping asphalt

Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas

Collaborating with the wider construction crew to deliver high-quality asphalt paving work

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for

Experience as an Asphalt Crew Members required

Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipment

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation [HR/MR Licence would be beneficial]
