About the Role
This is a Level 2 multi-trade role for someone with 1-3 years on site who is past fetch-and-sweep. You'll prep for waterproofers, execute concrete repairs, and do brick and render repairs - real trade tasks under direction, across steady Sydney strata work.
Key Responsibilities
- Waterproofing prep - grinding, priming, bond breakers, moisture checks
- Concrete repair execution - break-out, steel prep, repair mortars
- Brick and render repairs - cut-out, repointing, patch rendering
- Mixing manufacturer systems correctly to datasheet
- Heights work per safe work method; QA photos on our app
Skills Required
- 12 months to 3 years on construction sites
- White Card + Working at Heights; Cert II in construction (or equivalent)
- Can read a datasheet and mix product properly - no guesswork
- Reliable, on time, professional around residents
Desirable
- EWP ticket, driver's licence, experience with remedial repair products
What's On Offer
- $41.25/hr casual all-in, or salaried from $65,208 + 12% super
- Weekly pay (Thursday to Wednesday cycle)
- Travel allowance $30/day with your own transport; first-aid $5/day if designated officer
- Tickets funded after 6-month probation - Confined Space, EWP, rope access
- Genuine pathway to apprenticeship and trade qualification, company-funded
