- Drive technical capability development across multiple manufacturing sites and influence learning consistency across the organisation.
- Partner directly with manufacturing leadership teams, operational managers and subject matter experts to shape workforce capability outcomes.
- Own end-to-end learning initiatives spanning needs analysis, program design, implementation, evaluation and ongoing capability reporting.
Shape technical capability across multiple small manufacturing sites by delivering a consistent, high-quality approach to learning and development. Partner closely with site leaders, subject matter experts and operational teams to build capability, improve training effectiveness and support compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Your day moves between learning needs analysis, program design, stakeholder engagement and training implementation, ensuring capability plans translate into measurable outcomes on site. This role sits within Supply Chain and directly supports the safe, reliable and effective performance of manufacturing and logistics teams.

- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technical development and learning programs across multiple small sites, ensuring consistency in capability building.
- Partner with manufacturing leaders, subject matter experts and operational teams to identify learning needs and implement training solutions that support business goals.
- Design and implement standardised training processes, tools and adult learning methodologies aligned to manufacturing, logistics, regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Monitor training budgets, expenditure and resource allocation to maximise investment and meet budget expectations.
- Coordinate reporting, skills matrices, role mapping, training needs analysis and training records to support capability planning, compliance and KPI visibility.
- Professional experience in learning and development, change management and the design of supply chain learning programs.
- Demonstrated application of training needs analysis techniques to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
- You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and build effective working relationships across leadership, operational and technical teams.
- Ability to navigate change with credibility and influence, helping teams adopt new learning approaches and training practices.
- You work in a structured and disciplined way, balancing administration, process management and learning governance requirements with accuracy.
