Three Restaurant Bar and Grill is an established restaurant located in Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Since 2015, we have built a strong reputation for quality food, friendly service and a relaxed dining experience.
We are currently seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our professional and friendly team.
- Greeting Guests: Welcoming customers warmly as they arrive and setting a positive tone for their visit.
- Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and drink requests and answering menu questions.
- Serving and Delivering: Bringing food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the tables.
- Bar Tending: Mixing and serving drinks at the bar.
- Managing Payments: Processing bills, handling cash or card transactions, and thanking guests as they leave.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and keeping the dining or waiting area tidy.
- Resolving Issues: Handling complaints or fixing mistakes quickly to ensure guests leave satisfied.
We are open for lunch (11:30am-3pm) and dinner (5pm-9pm) 7 days a week, so various shifts are available.
