The Role
Astro Concepts Pty Ltd trading as Kuza Urban Japanese Food is currently seeking qualified Cook for ongoing permanent basis work with us. Kuza is an emphasis of simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients with the most famous signature recipes of Japanese, incorporating traditional Japanese Izakaya style of dining experience.
Your duties will include:
· Food Preparation and cooking
· Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest
quality of food served in all kitchens
· Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained
within the kitchen and related outlets
· Have a confident and outgoing personality with high level of verbal communication skills
· Organisational ability including time management, task prioritization and resource scheduling
· Maintaining Quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Skills and Qualification
· At least Cert III with 2 years-on-the job training, or Cert 3 post 1 year work experience, or above
qualification as a qualified Cook, or at least 3 years relevant work experience
· Excellent communication skills and preparation
· Be able to work under pressure with high organistional skills

We are offering this position in full-time basis 38 hours per week with the salary range of A$75,000 - A$85,000.
