About the Role:
Ross-Hunt Real Estate is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will identify market opportunities, analyse consumer trends, and help devise plans for pricing and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse consumer patterns, preferences, and data to determine target markets.
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, Google and online property portals.
- Advise management on product development, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and campaign analysis
- Monitor market trends and forecast future consumer behaviour.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
