Description:
The Work
You'll be part of the crew delivering the concrete that holds our projects together:
- Kerb and gutter, footpaths, driveways and crossovers
- Slabs, footings, pits, headwalls and civil structures
- Formwork setup, stripping and steel fixing
- Placing, screeding, floating and trowelling to finish
- Sawcutting, curing, sealing and clean-up
- Working to plans, levels and grades with laser levels and stringlines
Skills and Experiences:
Experienced Concretor?
You know how to read a job, run a pour, and finish work you'd be happy to put your name on. If you've got the tickets — Construction White Card, driver's licence, and any of Cert III Concreting, forklift, skid steer, EWP, traffic control — even better. We'll pay for what you're worth and give you a path to leading hand and beyond.
No Experience? Doesn't Matter.
If you turn up on time, work hard, and want to learn a trade, we'll teach you the rest. Concreting is a real skill and we'd rather train someone with the right attitude than hire someone with the wrong one. You'll start alongside experienced finishers, get hands-on training from day one, and build a genuine career, not just a job.
What we need from you: a good attitude, a driver's licence and reliable transport, the willingness to do physical work outdoors, and a commitment to getting home safe every day. Early starts are part of the deal. So is knocking off knowing you built something that'll be there for 50 years.
