The Opportunity:
Behind every vibrant dining experience at Crystalbrook Riley is a kitchen operating at its best! As a Kitchen Steward, you will play an essential role in keeping our culinary spaces clean, safe, organised and ready for every service.
Working alongside our chefs and fellow stewards, you will keep crockery, utensils, pots, pans and equipment moving efficiently through the kitchen. You will maintain work and storage areas, use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, manage waste responsibly and report equipment faults before they affect service.
Be part of the energy behind Crystalbrook Riley’s dining experiences, with a hands-on role, a supportive team and plenty of variety across every shift.
The Talent:
You are dependable, energetic and take genuine pride in a job well done! You enjoy being part of a team, stay organised when the pace picks up and understand how much the small details matter.
While previous kitchen stewarding or commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded, we also welcome those with a genuine passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

Experience within a kitchen, stewarding or commercial cleaning environment is advantageous

Familiarity with commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment, or a willingness to learn

An understanding of cleaning chemicals, safe handling practices and food hygiene standards

The ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail during busy periods

A collaborative approach and willingness to assist wherever needed

Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends

A Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
