As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill, you'll help older people receive the high-quality care they deserve. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll use your experience to support positive resident outcomes, strengthen team capability and contribute to a safe, connected care environment.

You're a caring and capable nursing professional who brings compassion, integrity and professionalism to every interaction. You take pride in supporting older people to live well, value teamwork and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You're motivated by making a positive difference and contributing to a culture where residents, families and colleagues feel respected and supported.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current Enrolled Nurse registration with no medication restrictions.
Advanced clinical nursing skills and sound professional judgement.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in residential aged care and/or an Advanced Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving the lives of older people while living the values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
