The Opportunity
Working in the commercial, recreation and government sectors, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of electrical work at a variety of buildings such as Aquatic Centres, Community Centres, Sports Grounds, Factories & Offices.
It will involve Service/Maintenance and Project work such as sportsground lighting, general electrical, public lighting, rough ins, fit offs, Data/Comms, lighting upgrades and switchboard and mains replacement works.
Job sites are in and around the state of Victoria, mainly in Melbourne area.
Requirements
- 1 + years’ experience working as a Licensed A Grade Electrician
- Current Driver’s license
- Police check (to be completed if successful)
- Working with children check
- Strong communication skills for working with a variety of stakeholders
- 'Can do' attitude
- Strong focus on working Safely.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Full working rights in Australia
This role will commence as soon as possible (depending upon if you need to provide any notice period).
This is a permanent full-time position working 6:30am – 3pm Monday – Friday with monthly RDOs!
Occasional overtime will also be available.
