· Late-morning start from 3:30AM. This bakery has new retarder prover allowing late baking

As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for:
· Mixing, moulding, maturing, cutting, kneading and baking and also presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
. Weighing ingrediners like flours, salt, improver, yeast to mix dough
. Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
· Working together with other Bakers and the Bakery Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved
· Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
· Assisting with stock control and production expenses
· Monitor and control the speed of production for timely preparation and quantity required
· Providing delightful customer service when required
As a passionate baker, you will need to:
· Be a team player
· Be comfortable working in a busy production environment
· Be able to follow processes and work consistently and quickly
· Have own means of transportation to travel to Sydney's Northern Beaches
· Certificate 3 in Baking/ 3 years full time experience
