SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualification and Skills Experience
Essential • An AQF Certificate lll in Water or Wastewater Operations • Demonstrated experience in the operation and
or relevant Trade Qualification with equivalent skills and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment and
knowledge. reticulation systems.
• Ability to work as a key player in a small team environment • Good knowledge and experience of Work Health safety
and foster positive working relationships across a (WHS), environmental and quality standards relating to
culturally diverse range of customers. the water industry.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret system drawings. • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call roster
• Current NT drivers’ license or the ability to obtain. • Willingness and ability to travel to minor centres and
remote locations as needed, including via light aircraft or
road travel.
Desirable • Heavy Rigid Driver’s License. • Experience with MS Office software particularly Word and
