Barista All-Rounder
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Barista All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area, and coffee station.
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous barista experience (minimum 2 year preferred).
Ability to make consistent, high-quality coffee.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Australian work rights.
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
