The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Internal Sales Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Internal Sales function, combining operational execution with team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customer quotations and sales orders in ERP systems
- Liaise with factories and suppliers on pricing, lead times, and technical queries
- Manage customer communication across the order lifecycle
- Handle escalations and support team members
- Coordinate workflow and manage sales inbox
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and process adherence
- Monitor backlog and performance metrics
About You:
- Experience in internal sales or order processing
- Mechanical or technical knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
- Leadership capability
