Casual Disability & Mental Health Support Workers – Geelong

Full Spectrum Solutions is a locally owned, family-run NDIS Registered Provider delivering person-centred disability and mental health supports across Geelong and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and professional Casual Disability & Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team supporting participants with disability, mental health and complex support needs.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) support.
- Providing respite and Short-Term Respite (STR) support.
- Providing person-centred disability and mental health support.
- Supporting participants with daily living and personal activities.
- Supporting participants with community access and social participation.
- Implementing Behaviour Support Plans, where applicable.
- Completing accurate case notes, incident reports and required documentation.
You will provide person-centred supports including:
- Disability and mental health support.
- Community access and daily living assistance.
- Respite and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) supports.
- Implementing Behaviour Support Plans (where applicable).
- Completing case notes and incident reporting.
Hours:
· Mornings 7-10am
· Day shifts 9-3pm, 10-2pm, 12-5pm
· Afternoons 2-5pm, 3-6pm,
· Sleepovers 3pm start
· Weekends various
Pay Grades & Rates
Employees will be paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award, with the applicable classification determined by experience, qualifications and the requirements of the role.
Starting rate:
Level 3 – Pay Point 1 (Lvl 3 PP1): $36.81 per hour
Applicable penalty rates and allowances will be paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award.
Mandatory Requirements
All applicants must have:
- Clear National Police Check (no convictions).
- Clear Working with Children Check (no convictions).
- Clear NDIS Worker Screening Check (no convictions).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
- First Aid & CPR (Level 2).
- COVID-19 Triple Dose Vaccination Certificate.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Fully Comprehensive Car Insurance and a reliable vehicle.
- Required NDIS Mandatory Compliance Training.
