We are currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Installer Team Member to join our established team.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on role involving the in‑house production, preparation, installation, and maintenance of signage. You will work closely with our production and installation teams to ensure all signage meets client specifications, quality standards, and WHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- In‑house production, fabrication, and assembly of signage
- Interpret job sheets, drawings, and client specifications
- Quality check signage for spelling, font, size, colour, and materials
- Safely load, transport, and install signage at client sites
- Prepare installation sites (measuring, levelling, positioning)
- Install signage using appropriate fixing methods and tools
Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements as required Production Installer Team Member – Signage
- Follow all WHS policies and safe work practices
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Experience in signage or a related industry preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- Ability to work safely and follow WHS procedures
