The Waterline Restaurant at Keppel Bay Marina invites applications for an experienced Chef.

Aside from the excellent view, we offer a modern contemporary menu with Asian influences seven days a week.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cooking and preparing various menus from Breakfast to Evening dining;
- Adhering to recipes and procedures;
- Discussing formal preparation issues with Managers, Dieticians and Kitchen & Waiting staff;
- Selecting and training staff;
- Maintaining restaurant plating and cooking standards; and
- Working 38 hours/week.
Required skills and attributes:
- A career-focused progression as a Chef with a passion for food;
- Ability to be adaptable and work various shifts across a 7-day operation;
- Previous experience in a high volume a la carte restaurant environment;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong work ethic;
- Excellent communication skills;
- As you are working in an Open Kitchen, Chef must have a good kitchen temperament and personal presentation;
- Being a team member;
Previous experience in modern Asian/Australian cuisine is preferred.
