Employment Type: Part-Time
Hours: 24 Hours Per Week
Hourly Rate: $26.44 Per Hour
Annual Earnings: Approximately $33,000 Per Year
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming clients and visitors professionally
- Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
- Assisting with student and migration enquiries
- Maintaining client records and office documentation
- Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks
- Following up leads and assisting prospective students and migration clients
- Creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and short-form video content for the agency
- Assisting with social media engagement and marketing activities
- Appearing in videos when required and promoting the company's services professionally
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the Education and Migration Industry (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Experience creating social media content, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Confidence using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
