As we invest in transforming how our people work, learn, and grow, we're looking for an experienced AI Capability & Enablement Lead to join our People Experience & Transformation team on a limited tenure basis and help us get this next chapter right.
What You'll Be Driving
Sitting within a team focused on meaningful, human-centred transformation, you'll lead the design and delivery of AI enablement initiatives across the David Jones workforce. Your remit will span:
- Developing and executing an AI capability uplift strategy aligned to our people and business transformation agenda
- Partnering with HR, Technology, and operational leaders to embed practical AI literacy across teams at all levels
- Designing learning frameworks and enablement resources that make AI tools accessible and relevant to everyday work
- Measuring adoption and impact, using insights to refine approaches and demonstrate value to senior stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience leading AI, digital, or technology enablement programs in a large, complex organisation
- Strong capability in change management and learning design, with a track record of shifting how people work at scale
- The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences, from store teams to the executive level
- Experience working in or alongside retail, consumer, or similarly customer-facing environments is highly regarded
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the credibility to influence at senior levels
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational development, education, or a related discipline
