Location: Hearthfire Bakery | Bellingen
Hearthfire Bakery is looking for a motivated Pastry Apprentice to join our team in Bellingen. We are a busy artisan bakery focused on quality handmade products, strong systems, and a positive team environment. This role is suited to someone who is genuinely interested in pastry, baking, and hospitality, and who wants to build real skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
You’ll work alongside experienced staff across a wide range of production including:
- Pastries
- Cakes and slices
- Tarts and desserts
- Savoury items
- General bakery preparation and cleaning
- Bread optional for apprentices looking to complete both fields

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Team-focused mindset
- Early morning and weekend availability
- Experience is welcome but not essential — attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn matter most.

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
