We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Sales and/or Management Consultant to join our team. This hybrid or singular role offers a unique opportunity to engage in both property sales and/or property management, providing a comprehensive experience in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, guiding clients through the property sales process.
- Market property listings effectively through various channels including advertisements and open houses.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Negotiate sales terms and consult clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements to ensure smooth and fair transactions.
- Prepare necessary sales documentation, including contracts and Form 6’s.
- Manage property auctions when required.
- Maintain and update property listings and develop strong networks within the industry.
Property Management
- Serve as the key liaison between landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Advertise rental properties, screen prospective tenants, and organize property inspections.
- Collect rental payments and manage arrears in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs by liaising with property owners and tradespeople.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Prepare tenancy-related paperwork, including leases and termination notices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property management is required.
- Real estate licence – A licence is required to work in this industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable using real estate software.
- Trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
