Monadelphous is seeking experienced E&I Supervisors to support offshore maintenance and project-based works within our Energy division. This is a casual offshore opportunity operating on a 3:3 roster, with current works scheduled through to the end of the year and the potential for ongoing opportunities into 2026.
Working across a range of operational and project scopes, you will be responsible for mobilising and supervising offshore crews, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with client requirements. Crew compositions may vary between swings depending on the scope of work, with supervisors overseeing small multidisciplinary teams and occasionally coordinating multiple work fronts at the same time.

Lead the safe and efficient execution of offshore maintenance and project scopes.

Supervise and coordinate offshore work crews to deliver scope requirements safely and productively.

Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and permit coordination activities.

Monitor progress, identify and escalate scope issues, and provide regular reporting to project teams.

Ensure timesheets are accurately completed and labour hours are allocated to the correct project scope, purchase order or contract reference.

Obtain client approval and sign-off on workforce timesheets and completed works where required.

Liaise with client representatives and internal support teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and workforce performance.

Electrical & Instrumentation trade qualification or relevant engineering qualification.

Previous experience supervising offshore brownfield maintenance, operations support or project-based works.

Strong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary crews.

Ability to oversee multiple work fronts simultaneously while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with workforce planning, permit systems and operational reporting.

Sound understanding of timesheet verification and labour allocation processes.
