Your Role

This rewarding role focuses on empowering people living with disability to build independence and stay connected to their local communities. Your Responsibility
Creating a warm, engaging and enjoyable environment for the people you support
Supporting individuals to build everyday life skills and confidence
Providing personal care and assisting with health and wellbeing needs
Encouraging community participation and helping people build social connections
Promoting person centred support in line with NDIS principles
Working collaboratively to maintain a welcoming and supportive workplace
You Will Need
A genuine passion for delivering high quality, person centred care
A positive approach and the ability to bring enjoyment to the role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in disability support or a keen willingness to learn
Commitment to safeguarding and NDIS quality standards
First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality, Safety and You or willingness to obtain
