Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to promote our education services, engage prospective students, and build strong relationships with education providers. This role requires a blend of digital marketing skills and sales acumen to generate leads and drive enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote education services
- Generate and follow up on student leads through digital and offline channels
- Provide accurate course and institution information to prospective students
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions and agents
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Attend education expos, seminars, and networking events (local or international)
- Analyse marketing and sales performance to identify areas for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (ideally in the education sector)
- Knowledge of Australian education system, student visa process, and course structures
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms
- Fluent in English
