Associate Dentist | 40% Commission + Retainer | Full-Time or Part-Time
Mediq Broadmeadows is looking for a confident, motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing clinic in Broadmeadows.
This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants more than just a chair. We are looking for someone who can step into an established healthcare clinic, work independently, build long-term patient relationships, and help grow the dental side of the practice.
We have an active patient database, strong community presence, and existing patient demand for general dental treatment. There has also been good interest in orthodontic and clear aligner treatment, so experience or interest in this area would be highly regarded.

About the Role
You will provide high-quality general dental care and help grow the dental services within the clinic.
The role includes:
- General dental examinations and treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry
- Preventative and family dental care
- Fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges and general procedures within your scope
- Cosmetic dental treatment where clinically appropriate
- Orthodontic or clear aligner treatment if within your experience and scope
- Building strong patient relationships
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working closely with reception, management and support staff
- Helping develop and grow the dental side of the clinic
About You
We are looking for a dentist who is:
- AHPRA registered
- Covered by current professional indemnity insurance
- Confident working independently
- Experienced in general dentistry
- Strong in communication and patient education
- Professional, reliable and clinically responsible
- Comfortable with treatment planning and case presentation
- Interested in growing a long-term patient base
- Able to work well with a supportive team
- Experienced with Dental4Web / Dental4Windows, or willing to learn
Highly regarded:
- Orthodontic or clear aligner experience
- Invisalign or similar aligner experience
- Cosmetic dentistry interest
- Crown and bridge experience
- Experience in a private dental clinic
- Interest in helping grow and lead the dental side of the practice
Remuneration
- 40% commission
- Retainer available for the right candidate
- Expected earning potential: $180,000 to $300,000+ depending on days worked, patient flow and clinical scope
Hours
This role is available as either full-time or part-time.
We are open to discussing suitable days and hours with the right candidate.
