The Customer Solutions & Operations Team (CSO) aspires to raise the bar of global Support and Operations excellence —fuelling loyalty through outstanding service. The Operational Excellence team play a crucial role in achieving this goal and delivering on our 2030 ambition to streamline customer service and support in end-to-end digital experiences:
- Driving day to day operational efficiency and process optimization—through automation opportunities, data-driven insights, and performance management.
- Advancing digital service ambitions that will empower customers with access to 24/7 (self) service support in their channel of choice.
- Simply put, this team champion change and are a driving and collaborative force working across the business to ensure a cohesive, simple customer support and service experience enabled by best in class digital solutions.
Day to day of the job
Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, the Operations Project Manager will help coordinate and deliver key cross-functional initiatives across CSO and Customer Enablement within CP&S.
This role is well suited to someone who has built a strong foundation in project coordination, operations, delivery support or a similar role, and is ready to take the next step into a project manager position. You’ll work across multiple streams, helping keep initiatives moving, stakeholders aligned and delivery on track.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include:
- coordinating end-to-end delivery across cross-functional initiatives, helping ensure timelines, actions and deliverables stay on track
- supporting project planning by helping shape scopes, milestones, dependencies and key activities
- organising and running project working sessions and stream meetings, capturing actions and following up on next steps
- preparing clear project updates for stakeholders, including progress, risks, blockers and decisions required
- maintaining project plans, schedules, action logs, risk logs and other key documentation
- identifying delivery risks and challenges early, raising them with the right people and helping drive practical solutions
- working closely with stakeholders across teams to keep delivery moving and maintain accountability
- helping create clear processes, resources or end-user documentation where needed
- analysing project or operational data to support recommendations and continuous improvement opportunities
contributing to larger or more complex projects across CSO and Customer Enablement as required

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and ready to step into a broader project delivery role.
You might be a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or Delivery Coordinator who is looking for your next move into a Project Manager role.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, delivery support or a similar role
- experience supporting or delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines and moving parts
- strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep plans, actions and documentation up to date
- confidence coordinating meetings, tracking progress and following through on deliverables
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- sound judgement when identifying risks, issues or blockers, and knowing when to escalate
- a practical, solutions-focused mindset and an interest in improving how work gets done
- the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- comfort using tools such as Jira and Miro
- an interest in change, continuous improvement and delivering better operational outcomes
