We manage parking at major destinations including Queen Victoria Market, Festival Brisbane, hospitals, airports, casinos, sporting venues and commercial centres — parking over 150,000 vehicles daily worldwide.
We are currently seeking a Casual Enforcement / Compliance Officer (Car Park Patrol Officer) to join our growing team.
About the Role
This position combines car park attendant duties with parking compliance patrols, delivering a safe, efficient and customer-focused parking experience.
This is a casual position working approximately three (3) days per week, four (4) hours per day, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Car Park Attendant Duties
- Delivering exceptional customer service to patrons and retailers
- Maintaining positive working relationships with on-site services and management
- Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operating efficiently at all times
- Monitoring traffic flow within the car park
- Reporting incidents and events accurately
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and company values upheld
Car Park Patrol / Compliance Duties
- Conducting parking compliance patrols across designated car parks
- Using LPR (Licence Plate Recognition) technology to monitor and enforce parking conditions
- Issuing notices for non-compliance with parking regulations
- Proactively identifying parking issues and suggesting improvement opportunities
- Maintaining a professional, customer-service-focused approach at all times
- Accurate incident and event reporting
