Excellent opportunities now exist for a Part-Time Customer Service Officer to join our team, located in Tullamarine, Melbourne. We are looking for team members who like to look after their customers, with a warm professional personality in this hands-on role.
THE ROLE, RATES AND ROSTERS
Customer service officers (CSO) are critical to our operation. Your role involves running our front counter alongside fellow CSOs, processing onsite customers and keys to their vehicles, phone reservations and enquiries, communicating with our shuttle bus drivers and yard officers and supporting those staff with their duties during breaks.
It’s an exciting and varied role, truly enjoyable for the right candidate!
In terms of rates and rostering:
- Saturday afternoon 130PM -1000PM - 8 Hours a week
- $38.28/hr - $39.50 after 6 month probation

- Availability to work every Saturday 130PM - 10PM
- Current Police Check (or willingness to get one after interview)
- Driver Accreditation (or willingness to get one soon after employment)
