We'll develop your knowledge with regular training on all things hospitality.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on hospitality professional to lead our front-of-house team as our Restaurant Manager or provide strong support and experience as Assistant Manager. Full-time sponsorship is available for the right candidate who meets the skill requirements, however, Australian workers are preferred.
As a manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring our high service standards are met while fostering a positive, cohesive team culture. You will be responsible for driving venue performance, managing staff, and delivering an unforgettable, personalised experience to our guests.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced premium restaurant environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team ( both FOH and BOH ) with a one-team mentality. Strong knowledge of Australian wine, spirits, and craft beer is highly advantageous.
- Strong shift management skills, including managing floor sections, pacing reservations, and handling times under pressure.
- Experience with staff rostering, managing labour costs, and driving revenue through excellent guest experiences and upselling.
- Strong knowledge of steak, Australian wine, spirits, and craft beer is highly advantageous.
- A passion for delivering tailored, high-quality customer service and building strong rapport with regular guests.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, OH&S, and a valid Victorian RSA ( Responsible Service of Alcohol ) certificate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests sitting at the bar.
