The Role We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll help a dedicated kitchen brigade, maintain exceptional food standards, and contribute to the creative direction of the menu. This is an opportunity to be part of a kitchen that values craft, collaboration, and respect for ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage prep and an efficient service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality venue
- A strong understanding of seasonal, produce-driven cooking
- Completed Chef Qualifications
- Excellent communication
- Calm under pressure with a focus on teamwork and professionalism
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical food practices
- Experience working in a kitchen brigade
