POWERHOUSE Gym Performance & Recovery Centre is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive individual to join our Member Relations & Administration team.
This is not your typical reception role.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, genuinely enjoys helping people and takes ownership of their work without constant direction.

About the Role
This is a diverse position combining customer service, administration and day-to-day operational support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to every member and guest.
- Building genuine relationships with our members.
- Managing memberships, paperwork and administration with accuracy.
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email and social media.
- Following up membership leads and supporting the sales process.
- Maintaining organised administration systems and records.
- Assisting with reception, retail sales and daily club operations.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed to ensure the club operates to the highest standard.

- Has previous experience in administration and customer service.

- Can manage multiple priorities and remain organised.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience in administration, customer service or a similar office-based or operational position.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who can confidently step into the position with proven experience and contribute from day one.
