Solatube Australia is the market leader in tubular daylighting systems, providing innovative natural lighting solutions to architects, builders, developers and government projects across Australia.
We're looking for an experienced Architect Development Manager to build strategic relationships with architects, Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders, developers and government stakeholders, while increasing product specifications on commercial and residential projects nationwide.
About the Role
This is a strategic, relationship-focused role where you'll become the face of Solatube within the architectural and construction community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage relationships with architects, design firms, Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders, developers and government departments.
- Deliver engaging CPD presentations and product education to architects and design professionals.
- Secure Solatube specifications on commercial, education, healthcare, government and residential projects.
- Identify and influence projects from concept through to construction.
- Work closely with sales, technical and marketing teams to maximise project success.
- Maintain an active specification pipeline and CRM.
About You
You will have:
- Experience in specification sales, architectural business development or the commercial construction industry.
- Existing relationships with architects, Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders and/or government stakeholders (highly regarded).
- Strong presentation, networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to influence project outcomes.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a national role.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
