Service Stream is seeking an experienced State Warehouse Manager - SA, WA & NT to lead and support warehouse operations across our South Australian, Western Australian and Northern Territory network.
Reporting to the National Warehouse Lead, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, safety performance, compliance, and team capability across multiple warehouse locations. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
Please note this role has regular travel between South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, with other interstate travel as required.
You will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Safety, and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure our warehouses operate safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining exceptional inventory integrity and customer service outcomes.
Operational Excellence

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of warehouses throughout SA, WA and NT.

Ensure accurate receiving, storage and dispatch of materials.

Maintain inventory integrity and stock accuracy exceeding 98% by SKU.

Ensure stocktakes, cycle counts and spot checks are completed in line with company procedures.

Support warehouse operations during periods of supervisory absence when required.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance.
What You'll Bring

Extensive warehouse management experience across multiple sites or complex warehouse environments.

Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and supervisors.

Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control and warehouse best practice.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Strong knowledge of Australian workplace health and safety requirements.

Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

A practical and proactive approach to solving operational challenges.

Ability to travel regularly throughout South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, with occasional interstate travel as required.
