- In-person customer service experience preferred

- Greeting clients and explaining the scanning procedure clearly and confidently, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout

- Performing daily calibration checks on the machine
- Making and amending appointment bookings in person and over the phone (Practice Management System used is Cliniko)
- Processing payments and issuing invoices
- Other ad hoc admin tasks as required
Training and support
We will provide you with on-the-job training under the supervision of our existing DEXA operators and Service Manager. You will also need to attend a safety course before you are able to operate the machine outside of training shifts. This will all be organised and covered by Perth Dexa Scan.
