QBE Graduate Program 2027
Claims Business Area
Fulltime role | Sydney | Hybrid working
18 months | 3 different teams | 6-month rotations
Our award-winning graduate program has been running for many years and is ranked among Australia’s top ten small-sized programs on the AAGE Top Graduate Employers list.
Graduates are hired as permanent employees and spend their first 18 months on the graduate program, experiencing three different teams across our business, known as ‘rotations’. In addition to completing three rotations, graduates progress through a structured learning and development plan, have access to senior leaders, and spend time with their graduate cohort forming meaningful and long-lasting connections.
Our 2027 graduate business areas include:
As a Claims Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across QBE’s commercial claims environment, with exposure to areas such as commercial motor, marine, aviation, operations and digital & data.
You’ll see how claims move from lodgment through to resolution, while also contributing to analytics, business improvement, systems and transformation work that helps us deliver better customer and business outcomes.
You’ll contribute to initiatives involving analytics, change, communication resources, customer strategy and systems improvement. You will build a strong foundation in project delivery, strategic and data-led decision making.
