What Makes The Study Hub Special?
We’re passionate about bridging learning gaps and making education personal. We steer clear of boring, repetitive worksheet drills and instead bring learning to life through hands-on, multi-sensory activities and structured literacy approaches (including THRASS).

What We’re Looking For
- Dedicated & Respectful: You treat your tutoring role with care and pride. You’re punctual, reliable, and naturally respectful when communicating with parents, students, and teammates.
- Hands-On Educator: You love bringing energy to your lessons using tactile tools, games, and multi-sensory methods rather than just handing out worksheets.
- Warm & Encouraging: You easily connect with kids, helping them feel safe, capable, and excited to learn.
- Willing to Learn & Commit: You’re eager to pick up structured literacy methods, open to feedback, and looking for a role you can stick with for the long haul.
- Independent & Organised: You can prep your lessons, manage your time well, and keep things running smoothly without needing someone looking over your shoulder.
The Essentials (Non-Negotiables)
- Qualifications: University student (Education, Arts, Science, or related field), Teacher’s Aide, or Qualified Teacher.
- Strong Communication: Friendly, clear, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Teaching Mindset: A genuine passion for hands-on, structured learning.
- Tech Friendly: Comfortable using basic tools like Google Workspace and email to keep track of schedules and student notes.
- Compliance: Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Bonus Points
- Experience with structured literacy or multi-sensory math/reading programs.
- A desire to grow your hours or take on more responsibility as our center grows!
