Drive Financial Excellence Across a Diverse Group of Companies
We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing group of businesses. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the day to day finance function while playing a key role in enhancing business performance, leveraging technology and supporting growth across multiple entities.
This is not a traditional accounting position. Alongside maintaining strong financial controls and delivering accurate reporting, you will work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, stock management and online sales performance. The ideal candidate moves comfortably between shared service oversight and third party liaison, business data analysis, insightful reporting and driving process innovation through technology and AI enabled solutions.
Financial Management & Reporting

Manage day to day accounting operations across the group, including shared services, payroll, bank reconciliations and working capital management.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and performance analysis.

Coordinate year end financial statements and liaise with external advisors and auditors as required.

Ensure timeliness and compliance with taxation, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Business Analysis & Strategic Support

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions, including profitability, margins, inventory performance and operational efficiency.

Develop reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks for management.

Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
Systems, Technology & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve financial workflows with an internal control mindset.

Evaluate and implement AI driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Integrate accounting systems with front end operational and sales platforms.

Improve inventory and stock management through data analysis, enhanced controls and system enhancements.

Partner with operational teams to streamline business processes and support growth initiatives.
Ecommerce & Growth Support

Analyse online sales performance, customer trends and inventory turnover to improve sales conversion and customer profitability.

Develop reporting and systems that support increased online revenue.
You are a proactive, self motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership and working autonomously. You combine strong technical accounting skills with commercial awareness and a genuine interest in business improvement and technology.
The ideal candidate will bring:

Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA or CA designation.

Proven experience managing finance functions across multiple entities or business units.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.

Experience with ERP, inventory management, ecommerce or integrated business systems.

Interest in AI, automation and technology driven process improvement.

The ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non financial stakeholders.
