About PARED Victoria
PARED Victoria established Harkaway Hills College in 2016 and most recently launched Lysterfield Lake College in 2022. Lysterfield Lake College is an independent Catholic school for boys located in Narre Warren North. The College is committed to delivering a rigorous and enriching educational experience grounded in the Catholic faith, where students are inspired to pursue what is good, true, and beautiful.
PARED Schools follow a personalised system of education, fostering a strong partnership between parents and school to support the holistic development of each child. Through this approach, every student is encouraged to reach their full potential—academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Harkaway Hills College is seeking a Casual Relief Teacher for commencement as soon as possible. The College appoints staff who are energetic, innovative and committed to the ethos of our school. Successful applicants will be outstanding educators with demonstrated success in teaching, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to pastoral care and curriculum development.
The College is fully committed to providing a child‑safe environment and ensuring the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all students in accordance with Ministerial Order 1359, Child Safe Standards. We maintain a zero‑tolerance approach to child abuse and embed child safety in our leadership, governance, recruitment and everyday practices. Staff embrace this philosophy and provide a caring and supportive environment for all children where they are empowered and feel safe. Staff are a role model of virtue and actively contribute to the character formation of each one of their students.
All staff are expected to actively support the school’s Christian ethos and the school’s Mission and Vision Statements and values.
