About the Opportunity
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
You'll be responsible for managing appointments, supporting our clinical team, handling patient enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and friendly approach will help deliver the outstanding service we're known for.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and can confidently manage a busy reception environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a dental practice
- Previous experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) is essential
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
