About You
If you’re passionate about social media, digital storytelling and creating engaging content across multiple platforms, this is your chance to help bring one of Australia’s leading aesthetic medical brands to life online.
You will be highly organised, creative and confident working across social media, email marketing, website updates and digital campaigns. You should enjoy creating content, writing captions, scheduling posts, tracking performance and supporting campaign execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media activity, website updates and campaign coordination.
- Create, schedule and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Coordinate the setup and scheduling of email marketing campaigns, newsletters and communications, including segmentation, basic copywriting and performance tracking.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms including social media, email marketing and website updates.
- Manage and maintain marketing platforms including CRM systems, email marketing tools and website platforms.
- Update website content, maintain data accuracy and contribute to campaign reporting requirements.
- Monitor performance, reporting and optimisation of digital initiatives across social media, email and website activity.
- Coordinate digital campaigns including content preparation, asset management and timeline tracking to ensure effective execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in social media, digital marketing or marketing coordination.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, EDMs, website updates and campaign communications.
- Experience creating, scheduling and managing content across social and digital platforms.
- Confidence working with email marketing platforms, CRM systems and website platforms.
- Ability to monitor social media insights, campaign performance and basic reporting metrics.
- A creative eye with the ability to keep content aligned to brand tone, visual identity and campaign objectives.
Tools You’ll Use
- Social media platforms and scheduling tools including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot.
- CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Website platforms including WordPress.
- Google Analytics, Meta Insights and basic campaign reporting tools.
- MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
