Laundry Assistant
At Fresh Hope Communities, we believe everyone deserves to feel at home. As a Laundry Assistant, you’ll help make that happen by ensuring residents have fresh, clean clothes that support their comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
This role suits someone who enjoys helping others, works well in a team, and takes pride in doing a job properly. Your work helps residents feel cared for and respected and our staff will have clean sheets, towels and other supplies.
- Casual, 0 hours per week position
- Located in Pendle Hill, NSW.

Your Contribution
- Wash, dry, fold and sort clothes and linen for residents and the sites

Keep laundry areas clean and safe and make sure laundry is done on time

Talk kindly with residents and help with any concerns they have about their special clothing

Follow safety rules and laundry standards

Help look after laundry equipment and supplies including regular linen stock takes
The Essentials
- Experience working in laundry or cleaning is helpful but not required

Able to speak clearly and work with others

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Able to follow instructions and work safely

Police check/NDIS Worker Check or willing to get one
